Baby and Child First Aid Course at Home
Who this is for
This course is for parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, babysitters, au pairs, and anyone looking after babies or young children. It's also ideal for antenatal and postnatal groups.
This course is good for a basic level of understanding when dealing with a child in an emergency. It is First Aid for babies and young children up to the age of puberty.
How long it takes
£25 pp for a group of 6 or more. (£30 pp for smaller group of 4-6 people)

Unconsciousness and the recovery position
Other childhood ailments such as bleeding, burns, head injuries, meningitis and febrile convulsions
& Safety in the home
Anywhere in Sussex, Surrey or Kent

How the course works
The course takes 2.5 hours and involves lots of demonstrations, then you get to practice everything on the manikins. There's also some exercises to get you to deal with different emergency situations and there are a couple of emergency situations to watch. Everyone is given a handout on the course contents.

A Baby and Child course in your own home is the ideal way for all the family or a group of friends to learn what to do in the event of an emergency.
You can choose the date and time, and it's up to you if you want your baby there too. It's a lovely relaxed way of learning all the basics in the comfort of your own home. Choose from weekends, week days or evenings.
